Solianis recently signed an investment agreement with EGS Beteiligungen AG, the investment company of the Ernst Göhner Stiftung (Zug), which secures the long-term financing of Solianis. According to the agreement, EGS Beteiligungen AG will put in CHF 5 million, while the previous investors in Solianis are investing another CHF 3 million.
